Current favourite perfume!

If there's any sort of girly floral perfume out there then I probably will of owned it as I'm such a sucker for anything feminine smelling!

When I left work I was kindly given a hamper full of all things any girl can dream of; makeup, hair products, chocolate and these two gorgeous perfumes! I've never even smelt these two fragrances before and now I just know they'll always be in my favourites.

The 212 limited edition summer fragrance is absolutely gorgeous, I mean look at the bottle! Its a summer fragrance, very fresh smelling and floral. If you like floral then you will love this! I've noticed it stays all day and I never really noticed this with any perfume.

Secondly is this amazing Dior Addict Eau Fraiche, again the bottle is stunning and its a very floral scent. This one is more fresh than the 212 and lasts all day aswell however I always get that random smell of it throughout the day, reminding me just how much I love it!

Cheap treat Tuesday!

I thought I would come up with this little series every week on my blog I'll post something a little cheaper than your usual makeup purchase for a little mid week pick-me-up!

I bought this a while ago but you cant go wrong with a palette like this, especially at only £5.49 here! At only that price thats cheaper than a normal blush from the likes of Max factor or Rimmel and you have to remember your getting 28 blushes for that!

All the shades are extremely pigmented for what its worth and there's so many different colours; great for someone just starting out with makeup or even to put in your pro kit! With this you can try out so many different looks, it will work well for day to day but you could also use the brighter colours for fancy dress or Halloween!

It wasnt the best weather when I took these photos so excuse the quality, but the colours of the blushes range from pale pinks, to illuminous pinks aswell as reds and oranges.. a look for everybody. These colours aren't chalky and apply like a dream, what are you all waiting for?!

Maybelline ● Lash sensational mascara

Mascara is a product I simply cannot live without; my eyes are my favourite thing about myself so I feel like I need to emphasise them more than anything else! Plus I look half dead without it.

My boyfriends mum kindly picked this up for me (Thank you mammy Lyn!) as I mentioned it to her and told her I had heard so much about it.

First of all look at this gorgeous packaging, my most favourite looking mascara compared to all the bright purple ones! I was honestly so excited to try this product as I rarely purchase drugstore brand mascaras. However I am really disappointed, I mean everybody was really talking about this and bigging it up and honestly I don't think its anything out of the ordinary.

Yes it does lengthen your lashes, as you can see from the picture below but there's just something I don't quite like about it! My favourite ever mascara is the Benefit They're real and the perfect dupe for this is the Max Factor Masterpiece transform mascara so this review is based on my favoritism for them!

As for the brush, I really don't get a long with this either as I feel like I cant really reach my lashes well enough even though its the same shape. I like my lashes to be very thick however I feel like this mascara just simply gives length. This mascara is perfect for one of those makeup days where you cant be bothered or need to look more awake, and I'm glad I got to try it but I really don't think this is the best product on the market at the minute!

What did you think of this mascara?

Beauty haul!

Oops! It seems I've collected quite a few beauty products in the past few weeks so I thought what would be better than bringing them all together in a haul on a Sunday?!

I've been good recently and not splurged on much and I thought why not and started my online shopping basket..

First things first, MAC!

I really wanted to try a few different things and make my makeup collection grow, so instead of opting for eyeshadows and foundations like I usually do I picked up some general face products.

I bought these two absolutely gorgeous blushes in the shades Breezy and Springsheen(L-R). Breezy is a plum colour and nothing like I have in my collection, on the other hand Springsheen is a very sheer peachy tone; a little goes a long way as it's seriously so pigmented!

I also couldnt resist a mineralise skin finish and which other colour than soft and gentle? It's even more beautiful in person and like no highlighter I've ever seen. Like the blush a little goes a long way but you can apply more to give a more dramatic night look!

This lipstick was a spur of the moment decison and you can probably all guess what it is.. that's right velvet teddy! I really didn't think I would suit this when it first came but its surprising really wearable, sometimes I dab a little pink over just to make it more suitable for my skin colour but I'm in love!!

Finally the last MAC product I picked up was in fact the strobe cream! I felt my skin and foundation routine needed a little pick-me-up so I thought I would give this a try!

NARS is a brand I've never tried before so I thought instead of buying a Benefit box blusher like I usually do I would opt for something a little different. This is in the shade orgasm and its such a pretty colour with shimmer running through! It is smaller than I thought it would be but never the less go and try something from NARS if you haven't already.

Finally some random beauty bits! I picked up this beauty blender for just 99p from Home Bargains just to see how I got on with it as I really dont want to spend the Real Techniques prices and I love it! It makes cream contour and highlight look so flawless I really reccomend!

False eyelashes are something I never wear but I wanted to try some Red Cherry ones so I picked these up from eBay for around £1.50! And then I repurchased just a travel size of my favourite eye primer; the Urban Decay primer potion!

Thank you for reading!
